DELIVERY INFORMATION

We want your Jangneus order to be a joy from start to finish. Every parcel is lovingly packed by hand in our Oxford studio, and we aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day (Mon–Fri). For more details on delivery costs and estimated delivery times, please see below:

UK

Delivery is FREE across the UK when you spend £10 or more, or just £3 for smaller orders. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which usually arrives within 2-4 working days (please allow up to 7 working days during busy times).

Please note that Royal Mail is currently introducing a new delivery schedule, with 2nd Class post delivered on alternate weekdays and no Saturday deliveries in some areas.

Europe

We ship to Europe using Royal Mail International Tracked, at a flat rate of £12.50.

Delivery usually takes 7-14 working days, depending on your location.

Local customs duties or import fees may apply once your parcel arrives.

USA

We ship to the USA using Royal Mail International Tracked at a flat rate of £25.00, which includes customs duties and taxes through Royal Mail’s Pre‑paid Duties and Taxes (PDDP) service.

Please email us your phone number to hello@jangneus.com, as we’ll need it to dispatch your order. Delivery usually takes 10-14 working days.

Please note that in some rare cases, additional local taxes or delivery fees may still apply once your order arrives.

Rest of the World

For our friends further afield, we send orders via Royal Mail International Tracked, at a flat rate of £25.00.

Delivery normally takes 14-21 working days, depending on your location.

Local customs or import fees may apply.

Dispatch

Once your order has left us, you’ll receive a confirmation email. While we always do our best to dispatch on time, delivery times can vary depending on postal delays or customs checks.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days (UK), 14 working days (USA & Europe) or 21 days (International), please get in touch at hello@jangneus.com and we’ll be happy to help.

SAFE & SECURE PAYMENT

PayPal is our preferred payment method. During the transaction you will be transferred to a secure site where you will make your payment. Jangneus does not have access to any of your credit or debit card details. The payment service provider handles all card transactions in a secure, encrypted environment.

Don't worry if you don't have a PayPal account, simply checkout as guest once you reach the PayPal site.

If you prefer to pay by personal cheque, please post it to us with a note of the products you are ordering. We will dispatch your order once your cheque has cleared.
